Approaching the 2018 pilgrimage, various hajj packages 2018 are offered. Starting from the ordinary to the best facilities that certainly have a more expensive price. Hajj is a worship that must be carried out by Muslims who are able physically and financially. Muslims from all over the world will gather in Mecca and Medina to complete the Hajj. Starting from young people to parents who often need help from the Hajj committee during the worship process.
So what about umrah? There are many similarities between Umrah and Hajj, but there are still differences. Hajj is a service whose time has been set, which is between the 9th and 13th of the month of Dhu al-Hijjah or what is known as the Hajj, Hajj or Hajj times. That means the Hajj season only occurs once a year, which is about 5 days in the month of Dhul-Hijjah. However, because the principle and essence of the Hajj is wuquf in the Arofah (al-hajj Arafat) field, we may argue that the Hajj day falls precisely on the 9th of Dhulhijjah itself. It’s different from Umrah. Umrah can be done at any time and the only sunnah is done once in a lifetime.
Apart from the time, Umrah and Hajj are also different from the place of implementation. Both were indeed carried out in Makkah Al-Mukarromah, but on the pilgrimage, one must also fulfill the pillars carried out outside Makkah.
The difference between the last Hajj and Umrah lies in the pillars or procedures for its implementation. During Umrah, a person fulfills the pillars which include Ihram, Tawaf, Sa’i, and Tahalul. As for the Hajj, all the umrah pillars were carried out with the addition of 3 other pillars, namely wuquf at Arafah, staying (mabit) in Muzdhalifah, and throwing small stones in Mina.
